The title is in CAPITAL just because.

My favorite YouTuber, CookingAndCrafting, who has a wonderful playlist of various mug cakes, uploaded her latest try on a new mug cake recipe and I did it immediately after coming back from Malaysia. It was the best thing I've made in a while, and undoubtedly the best microwave comfort food out there.

I made it again today with some changes to the ingredients and was so happy with the outcome. I cut down half of all the ingredients (it's just too much for my body) but added half an egg instead of a quarter (which is actually an accident...) and replaced espresso powder with instant cappuccino coffee (Trung Nguyen's G7 Instant Cappuccino, Irish Cream flavour). I have a 900W microwave oven and did it in 1 minute and 30 seconds (adding 20 more seconds for a crunchy bottom ♥).

The cake was delicately soft and moist, with less strong coffee taste and smell (the instant cappuccino only has 12% of coffee). It tastes oh-so-heavenly I finished everything in less than a minute
