"For the past few years w-inds. worldwide has done an annual letter writing campaign inviting fans all over the world to send us letters for w-inds. which we drop in the present boxes at lives. We think it’s something fans look forward to doing every year, so this year we’d like to do it again, but a little differently.

We’re asking fans to send us postcards from your country. We think this is a cheap, easy way to show off the beautiful scenery from your country and give a short message to w-inds. We’d really love to receive a lot of postcards, so please tell your w-inds. fan friends to send one, too! We know that many fans from different countries do their own projects, but we would like everyone to participate in ours, too. Let’s see how many postcards we can get!"

Yes, it's a new project!!! Postcard will be cheaper than letter; beside that you don't need to think about what to write in, isn't it? You can always send a blank postcard, LOL

I really hope that any reader I've got here in my blog will join the project. Postcard should be found easily at post office or tourism attraction/historical places. You might also print your own postcard with a picture you like, but please check with the post office first whether it's accepted or not.

It's already 11th year!! Time really flies neh? Just this time last year we was praying for Japan, spreading any tiny bit of information we had and of course, didn't forget to spend a few minutes to send w-inds. members best wishes... How memorable.

You're my Everlasting Song

Many things happened recently. Good things, bad things. I thought of blogging about them many times, but as always, I did nothing. Just as expected from me, I never tell anyone about my deepest thought, even to a diary or my blog. Haha.

Anyway, recently (exactly it's yesterday :P) I went pass a very interesting clip on tudou. It's a fanvid about KeiRyu - well I'm pretty sure you know what I'm talking about - it's a fanvid dedicated to the "couple" KeiRyu. LOL I myself have always been interested in this field, and KeiRyu is my favorite pair from w-inds. But that's not exactly what caught my attention. At the opening, music starts playing and it's a slow piano piece which is always my weak point. I decided that I should check this out and... just 10 seconds later, I found myself gasping and my hands were on my mouth to keep my sobs lower. I'm not exaggerating, that's exactly what I did. The vid is very well made, all small clips taken from Love is message, Izayoi no Tsuki, Yakusoku no Kakera, Keita's Michishirube and some tour documents are jointed together to create a beautiful but sad love story.

I think I watched it about 4-5 times consecutively and decided that I want to share it to a bigger playground, YouTube. Contacting the uploader, ivan is not too hard, luckily a girl I met on Twitter is her friend ^^ they even sent me the original video. And here is what I want to introduce you:

Even if you are not interested in KeiRyu or boys' love in general, I suggest you check it out. Background music is sountrack of a Chinese drama, "你是我一首唱不完的歌 -You're my Everlasting Song-". It's sad and way too emotional and suits the story-line totally. All about this vid is made perfectly, I have to say.

So check it out, okay? :)

Because I have much free time......

..... so I decided to create w-inds. theme for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. XD

Haha, don't expect much in me, thou!

First, I have to say I love Firefox. All I have to prepare for a FF persona are 1 header and 1 footer, upload, then wait for approval. FIREFOX IS THE LOVE ♥

While Chrome is such a gay. Beside having to deal with some code stuffs (which I've never been excellent in), I'm supposed to create something that works on all different types of computer screen (resolution) WITHOUT an auto-resize function, lmao. (or I'm so stupid that I don't know how to make it auto-resized :P)
And what sucks the most about Chrome theme is that we have to pay $5 to submit our themes to Chrome gallery. WTF? Therefore, don't expect to see my theme there; you can download it from the links provided below.

Anyway, this is nowhere near the most challenging thing I've ever done, so here is the result :

w-inds. worldwide Letter Writing Campaign submission!

Sent my letter out today! this is my first time sending a mail overseas, so I'm definititely nervous! Hope that the letter will arrive safely in time. The post officer told me it took 15-20 days and up to 30 days for normal mail to be delivered (I guess they use seamail, not airmail) so there might be a chance that my letter will arrive late.... Let's hope for the best!

Cả tháng trời ăn ngủ không yên, bận tâm từng chuyện nhỏ một như đi "dụ dỗ", thuyết phục mọi người tham gia, rồi đau đầu sắp xếp thời gian cho minna gặp nhau để quay... đến lo edit, add sub cho clip... cuối cũng cũng đã kết thúc. Mình vốn không phải đứa có tài lãnh đạo điều hành chi hết, nên mỗi khi muốn kêu gọi cái gì cũng thật khó khăn :( đến mức, đã có lúc như muốn buông xuôi, bỏ cuộc... Chỉ 1 mình mình sao có thể làm nên chuyện gì...?
